With over five years of experience, Callie specialize in therapeutic massage techniques including hot stone, cupping, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and aromatherapy to help patients reduce pain, relieve tension, and improve overall wellness. She is also a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist.

Lucia has been a licensed massage therapist for over 25 years. She graduated from the massage therapy program at Waubonsee Community College in 2000. She continues to study and has attended trainings in orthopedic and sports massage, reflexology, active isolated stretching and prenatal.

Michelle is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for health, wellness, and providing effective therapy to muscular imbalances in the body while decreasing stress that promotes relaxation. In a massage session she uses a seamless fusion of different techniques that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Stretches. She is also a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist.

Dia graduated from the School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology in 2010, and is also certified in Sports Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal, and Thai Massage (both table and mat). She has been working with chiropractors for 10 years, incorporating stretching, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, when needed, into your care, helping you to release tension and feel your best. Sessions can range from 30 to 90 minutes and are a great addition to your chiropractic care.

Cassie graduated from the Massage Therapy program at National University of Health Science in 2013, and completed the Thai Massage program through Blue Lotus Thai Healing Studies in 2023. She incorporates her knowledge of the human body with modalities like Deep Tissue, Stretch, Gua Sha, Trigger Point and Reflexology to craft sessions based on individual needs and goals. Her approach to massage is to provide spa-like relaxation coupled with therapeutic results creating a more well-rounded experience, avoiding the “no pain, no gain” mentality whenever possible.
